These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and casinocoke ("casinocoke," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the casinocoke website at casinocoke.co and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of casinocoke and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the casinocoke Platform. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. casinocoke reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and forfeit associated balances where multiple accounts are identified.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. casinocoke will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. 3.4 Account registration and gameplay are strictly personal. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, and you may not access or use any Account belonging to another person.
4.1 Deposits. casinocoke accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa/Mastercard, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 200. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). casinocoke does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Standard e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending.
4.3 KYC Verification. casinocoke may require identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of request may result in withdrawal suspension.
4.4 casinocoke reserves the right to reverse, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
5.1 casinocoke offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — e.g., slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lesser percentage. 5.3 casinocoke reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or cancel withdrawals if, in its reasonable determination, a Player has exploited, abused, or circumvented any promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility.
5.4 Bonuses are not transferable and hold no monetary value outside the casinocoke Platform. Bonus offers are available only to Players who meet eligibility criteria and are not available to Players who have opted out of marketing communications unless re-opted in.
6.1 All games on the casinocoke Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanisms overseen by professional croupiers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within game information panels.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and all wagers returned. casinocoke's determination of the outcome in such circumstances is final.
6.3 casinocoke reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a system fault, pricing error, or data feed malfunction. Players will be notified of any such voiding and relevant stakes returned to their Real Money Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the casinocoke Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
8.1 All content on the casinocoke Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of casinocoke or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or reverse engineering of any Platform content or software.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, casinocoke and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if casinocoke has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 casinocoke's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." casinocoke makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.1 casinocoke collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 casinocoke implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from casinocoke's operational funds.
11.1 casinocoke is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders via the Account Settings panel. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the type of limit set.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the Account Settings panel or by contacting casinocoke support. During a self-exclusion period, casinocoke will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including blocking account access and suppressing marketing communications.

12.1 casinocoke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; technical or regulatory necessity.
12.2 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting casinocoke support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC procedures.
12.3 casinocoke may withhold funds from a closed Account pending the conclusion of any open bet, investigation, or verification procedure.
13.1 casinocoke reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and any regulations issued thereunder by relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the casinocoke Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through casinocoke's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority with jurisdiction.
14.3 casinocoke's decisions on all game outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account-related matters are final and binding, except where overridden by an applicable regulatory authority.
